Delivery Guidelines
At Decorhub NG, we want to ensure a seamless furniture delivery experience. Please take note of the following responsibilities:
- Furniture Fit and Placement
It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items can comfortably fit through entryways, doorways, up stairwells, down halls, and around corners into your desired location. Should you or our team encounter placement challenges due to improper fit, restocking fees or non-refundable deposits (for custom special orders) will be charged as per our return policies. - To Protect Your Floors
Safeguard your floors from potential damage during delivery by laying down rugs, blankets, or cardboard beforehand. Note that Decorhub NG cannot be held liable for any floor damage incurred during the delivery process. - Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your order, please do so within the specified timeframes to avoid fees and any impact on the scheduled delivery date. Please communicate cancellations or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of purchase. Additionally, ensure that an authorized adult (18+) is present to accept the delivery and sign the delivery ticket. - Delivery Requirements
To facilitate a smooth delivery, ensure that the desired location is clear and safe for our delivery team. If your delivery is above two flights of stairs, please ensure there is an accessible elevator. For tight fits, a signed damage waiver may be requested prior to attempting delivery. - Special Delivery Considerations
Inform us of any special delivery requirements within the given timeframes. This includes the need for small trucks for narrow roads, restricted delivery timeframes due to estate laws, construction, or events, high-rise buildings. - Service Technician for Post-Delivery Issues
In the event of serviceable damage or defects identified at the time of delivery, Decorhub NG reserves the right to schedule a service technician to address the issues. - Delivery Personnel Limitations
Please note that our delivery personnel are not authorized to remove, move, or stage any existing furniture in your home. Additionally, they cannot move or set up any electrical equipment other than what is being delivered by Decorhub NG. Lastly, they are unable to place rugs under existing furniture.
